It found out that 24% of total office workers believed that poor lighting caused them eye strain and discomfort. Not only this, when the lighting was switched to LED lighting, but the worker productivity also increased by 3%-5%.

Bad lighting can cause inaccurate executions of some complex tasks. Good lighting, however, can result in accurate carry out of complex tasks like that in factories.
